paik’s noodles just opened their first restaurant in oregon! jajangmyeon is one of my favorite korean dishes but i don’t see too many restaurants that make it around here so i am ecstatic that this place opened up.
the tangsuyuk is crispy and the sauce is the type of sweet that kicks you in the face (in a good way). which pairs perfectly with the slightly bitter and salty jajangmyeon. the jjampong is slightly spicy and has a good seafood flavor with perfectly bouncy noodles.
my favorite was the stir fried jajangmyeon because it comes with seafood, veggies + it’s also spicy!!
a huge plus is this place is extremely affordable, especially for the portion sizes.

paik’s noodles just opened their first restaurant in oregon! jajangmyeon is one of my favorite korean dishes but i don’t see too many restaurants that make it around here so i am ecstatic that this place opened up.
